Trashion Show

A Trashion show is an event that combines fashion with environmental consciousness and sustainability. Models and Volunteers participating in our trashion show will be showcasing & making clothing items out of waste materials such as compact disc (cds),unwanted fabrics (such as denims, sarees) etc . The purpose of doing this is to encourage eco-friendly practices and make people understand about recycling and reducing wastes. Besides, it also helps in showcasing creative fashion design ideas.

The Trashion Show at Kathmandu University hosted during the Retro Eve showcased innovative outfits made from upcycled materials like denim, sarees, and CDs. Featuring ramp walks to present these eco-friendly designs, the event, sponsored by Hatti Hatti Nepal and ABiR Designers Hub, aimed to raise awareness about waste reduction and sustainable fashion. With 300-350 attendees, it significantly impacted the local community by advocating for responsible consumption.
